Telecom Resource facilitate several PBX Maintenance contracts on behalf of Telent.
One of the largest is Bupa Care Homes where approximately 300 PBX systems are maintained on long-term contract, this has been in place now for 5 years and runs for a further 2. Telecom Resource have been professional, dealing with incidents promptly and always resolving within contractual SLA’s. Challenges in the period to date have been rollout of Featurenet (Least Cost Routing) and IVR solutions involving site visits and/or remote works to a schedule provided by the customer, this was across all sites. All were facilitated by Telecom Resource within SLA and the customers budget requirements.
