Project Management

At Telecom Resource we consider that successful project management is fundamental to trouble-free implementation of a system or network changeover. To ensure our projects meet this goal we offer our clients the services of a dedicated project manager.

The designated project manager works on-site with our clients' telephony managers, gathering the information needed to provide a clear project time plan in order to facilitate the meeting of stated objectives.

The Telecom Resource project manager will provide regular progress updates and ensure that everything is implemented as planned.
